Handcrafted Turkey Feather Quills

These Turkey feathers were harvested off of a hit Turkey my Uncle found off the side of the highway in North Eastern Ontario. 
My Poppa pulled apart the bird and dried the wings and tail for me. 
I then pulled them apart in my living room (after months of drying), removed the dried flesh and filed them myself! 
None of this respected animal went to waste as it provided three meals for my grandparents, and I have all of the feathers that were plucked in a bag for future crafting purposes! 
Simply dip the end of the quill into your ink and write away!
